Athletic Center Passes
In order to access the facilities at the Athletic
Centers, you must obtain a user pass. User
passes are issued to residents and fee payers by appointment
only, Monday through Saturday. To schedule an appointment,
please call Becky at (904) 291-1776 x2.
Each family is issued two passes per household.
Should you lose your card, we urge you to contact the
program office immediately, to ensure that no one is
accessing the facility under your family’s name.
Replacement cards are issued at $25 per card and will
be charged for cards that are lost, stolen or damaged.
You will not be charged the $25 should you choose NOT
to replace a lost, damaged or stolen card. To report
a lost or stolen card, please call (904) 291-1776 x2.
Guests at OakLeaf
We are pleased to welcome residents' guests at the OakLeaf
Athletic Centers. To ensure that the amenities are always
available to residents, the following policies are presented
for guests.
Day Guests
• All guests must be accompanied by a resident.
• Residents are limited to five guests per day
unless a party is scheduled with the office staff. Basketball
courts are limited to two guests per day.
• In order to bring guests, residents must present
their Athletic Center Pass along with a valid Guest
Pass.
• Each guest pass is valid for 12 guest visits.
Each guest counts as one guest visit. Additional guest
passes are available for $60 by calling Becky 291-1776
x2.
House Guests
We understand that from time to time, you may have guests
staying for more than one day in your home. With this
in mind, we offer a House Guest Pass.
• Guests need not be accompanied by a resident
when using a House Guest Pass, however these Passes
are issued only to residents.
• A House Guest Pass is valid for up to 12 House
Guests.
• The cost for a house guest is $5 per person
per week.
• House Guest Passes are available by calling
Becky at 291-1776 x2.
