The Community Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the neighborhood. While we alwasy welcome visits from OakLeaf residents management staff spends time out in the community with vendors and residents so please feel free to call or email to schedule an appointment.

Wanda McReynolds is the Community Amenity Coordinator for OakLeaf Plantation. As such, Wanda is responsible for renting the facilities at each of the community’s Amenity Centers for parties and other gatherings. Wanda is here to offer tours, answer questions, schedule private parties and more. Please feel free to contact Wanda with all of your community rental needs.

Lisa Carter is the Resident's Assistant for OakLeaf Plantation. Lisa is available in the office during the week (Monday - Friday). If you have any questions or concerns that you would like to discuss or would like passed on to the management group please contact Lisa.

Susan Raab is the Aquatics Director at OakLeaf. Susie manages the staff of both waterparks. Susie’s office is on the Pool Deck at the Plantation Oaks Amenity Center.

Kristina Tolzman is the Access and staffing Director; and issues Resident and Guest Amenity Cards. Appointments are preferred; however walk-ins are taken as time is
available. Resident and Guest Amenity cards are issued at the Double Branch (Phase 1) Fitness Center. Please vist the Neighborhood Information page ( "Oakleaf A to Z
- Access Cards" section) for hours and information regarding the requirements for obtaining a Resident or Guest card.
