OakLeaf Plantation is pleased to make Amenity Facilities available for your Special Event or Function!  Our Amenities are very popular and book quickly; so don’t delay in making your Reservations. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of rentals and amount of planning involved - we cannot book reservations with less than two weeks notice.

Click on Rental Information Sheet  to review or download information regarding Amenity specific prices, capacity, etc. For updates or changes to facilities or prices be sure to double check the site specific district policies.

Once you’ve determined which Amenity you desire: 

1. Complete the Amenity Contract
2. Attach checks for the Rental Fee and Deposit
3. Decide which method you prefer for submission:

• Send an email to: VenueRentals@OakLeafResidents.com
• The Venue Rental Coordinator will contact you to schedule a personal consultation or Amenity Tour.

• Place all paperwork inside the black drop box outside the Community Management Offices (OakLeaf Village/Phase 1/Double Branch Athletic Center).
• This box is locked and your paperwork will be received by the Venue Rental Coordinator.
  • This option is very helpful for times when our office is closed.
• The Venue Rental Coordinatorwill contact you to let you know if the date is available; and if necessary make an appointment to meet with you personally.
• If the date is not available, the Venue Rental Coordinator will contact you to determine if there is another date that will work or if you prefer to have your checks returned or destroyed.

The Venue Rental Coordinator is available by appointment only which will better serve our Residents.
